The participants in our program include elementary schools students, foster youth, pregnant and postpartum teens & young women, and the parents of our elementary school students.
We offer individual classes and six to twelve-week comprehensive programs targeting positive diet/lifestyle intervention for children, teens and adults.
We partner with local and national organizations and agencies such as Federal SNAP, Sutter Health, Santa County Dept Public Health, Dignity Health, Encompass Community Services, Siena House, Live Earth Farm, Second Harvest Food Bank, and many others, to combine resources that allows us to maximize the effectiveness of our program.
